You have decided to work with me and we go over all the required paperwork in detail to ensure you fully understand everything.
The fun begins once the listing agreement is signed. This is when a staging consult occurs, photography is scheduled, any recommended updates are finished, and initial "Coming Soon" marketing begins.

Your home has been entered into BrightMLS and is now active. It will be shared amongst all real estate websites that pull data from BrightMLS, marketing, and shown to my exclusive group of 41k+ realtors for maximum exposure.
Marketing ramps up, open houses are scheduled, and showings are now able to begin!

I manage tour requests, review agent feedback, and accept offers on your behalf. Offers are presented to you for review with a detailed breakdown of costs, timelines, and requests to make your decision even easier.

Once you choose an offer, I oversee all the necessary steps that are needed to get you to the closing table. The buyer's home warranty is ordered when we receive "Clear to Close" from their lender.

You have the option to pre-sign all documentation or attend closing in person. We will meet separately if you don't attend closing for your celebratory closing gift!
